3 Part Foundations Package for New Clients

Part 1: Unveiling Your Story

Session Length 1.5 - 3hrs

A space of deep listening. Our first session is devoted to understanding your unique story, concerns and goals. We’ll explore your health history alongside your Human Design and natal astrology chart, viewing everything through a holistic lens that includes the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of your being.

Part 2: Crafting Your Personalized Plan

Session Length 1-1.5hrs - 3-7 days after Intake

Following our initial session, I'll spend time reflecting on your case and identify potential patterns related to your health concerns. Based on this in-depth exploration, I'll create a custom wellness plan just for you. This plan will offer guidance on relieving symptoms while addressing the underlying causes. During our follow-up session, we'll discuss the plan in detail, finalize it together, and ensure you feel confident moving forward. You'll also receive a digital copy of your personalized plan with clear protocols and additional resources for ongoing support.

Part 3: Supporting Your Progress

Session Length 1-1.5hrs 2-4 weeks after Wellness Plan Delivery

Our journey doesn't end there! This follow-up session offers a space to discuss your progress, celebrate your victories, and address any challenges that may arise. We'll review your wellness plan and make adjustments as needed to ensure you stay on track. Additional follow-up sessions can be scheduled based on your individual needs.
